Functional fitness training

Together with BTB-67Sports (Personal Athletic Training), whose specialty is functional fitness, students of our academy receive all necessary and professional training (included in the basic program of our academy).

Working out muscle stabilizers, improving muscle balance, minimal injury risk, the ratio of power and aerobic load + a wide variety of training programs make classes the most effective. All leading athletes prefer functional fitness.

The safety and effectiveness of the method are provided by the following features:

  • During the session, the articulations and spine receive a moderate load that does not create excessive tension.
  • A special breathing rhythm saturates the tissues with oxygen and removes carbon dioxide in a timely manner.
  • When performing each exercise, several articulations and muscles work at once.
  • The load increases gradually, and the level of training of the athlete is evaluated objectively.
